This would definetely would save us tons of work: for instance, whenever we have a campaign, we only call the prospects that opened the email, because we don't have enough time to call all the prospects. This would simplify the automation related to the calls in the campaigns and the emails, as the next emails for the people who didn't open, would be automated, instead of a forced and skipped step of a phone call.
